Starting up? Whats your mileage?

There is so much Intensity. Energy. Intent. Then there is Confidence. Aggression. Ambition. Looking around me, I see only opportunities- in abundance- for my taking. Not taking those opportunity is so hard- coz now you see everything in money.

A quick calculation only hints at a great prospect of making it big. The odds ignored. Although, over long term. Now instead of one big idea, I have 2! That's impressive. Adding one more every month since October 2016, I (with great friends and colleagues) have now 7 good ideas looking to be commercialized as of April 2017. Wow! How on earth will it happen with no money to fund them all?

A month go by. And then the second.

Dwindling savings brings reality to sight. Resources- time and money are so limited. The fuel for Intensity. Energy. Intent is running out. Confidence. Aggression. Ambition takes a hit suddenly replaced by De-motivation. Caution. Survival. A phase of uncertainty and lack of direction...

At the start of the third month, one of the business start to roar to life. Confidence is back. A push to pursue more drives the aggression with an ambition to survive. That is when the strategy makes sense.

MILEAGE.

Our ability to run our daily show with own resources is the key to all. Business costs and personal costs as long as covered, helps to retain the dream as much as possible. 

At the end of 6 months of leaving a job, building MILEAGE is the focus with a simple reason that- we cannot fight the battle another day if we don't survive! 

While we try to innovate, we still try to earn with a lesser idea. Working with something straight forward will bring the much needed bread and butter while a fantastic buffet of food is being prepared in the back-burner.

The strategy to run the distance is all about pace-making and pace makers with the right supplements.
