Starting Over and Coming Out Swinging!

Good morning! Happy Wednesday everyone!!! The past few weeks have been a marathon for me. Last week, I was in Las Vegas for the #IMEX22 Conference and had a blast for 4 straight days! I got to help create a new initiative there called "Escalator Pitch!" So yes, in the time that it takes to ride an escalator, I transformed 3 pitches from OK to straight SLAY!!!! Literally in 5 minutes flat and then had the audience judge the participant's 1st and 2nd pitches to see which was stronger! All 3 participants were floored that I could transform their pitches that fast! Then, at #IMEX22 , I led to additional trainings on "Pitching Outside the Box" and "Precious Spills the #TRUETEA on Pitching" to packed audiences. My heart was so full. Then I flew to Los Angeles for the premiere of my new show, "America's Real Deal" that will premiere on Fox at the end of this month! I saw the first episode and cried! Thank you, Adam Brandley , Rasha Brandley , Janice Bryant Howroyd , David Meltzer and Marie Osmond and all the producers who included me! Then last night, I was blessed to have a special dinner at AllianceBernstein for "Leveling up with Precious L. Williams featuring my dynamic speaker friend and executive business coach, Ivy Slater ! I came home and cried because AllianceBernstein provided everything to make it a magical night and show the value of networking and how it helps your business grow and thrive! Attendees told me that we, Ivy and I, both dropped bombs on them. A lovely dinner where I met and reconnected with my clients, friends, and others who saw value in attending a private dinner where they learned about my network and how we all help and support one another! Do not miss the next one!

The Art of Starting Over...

I have always been inspired by those people who keep rising like the phoenix. Those who do not get complacent and comfortable. For the last 6 months, I knew and could feel a change happening within me and how I want to do business from now on. I was afraid to voice this out loud. But now, Oh Baby, Right now, I am starting over in so many ways. Am I scared? In some ways, yes! In other ways, I am so excited! My starting over begins first with rebranding my company, Perfect Pitches by Precious and transforming into our next beautiful now. Yes, change is coming, and my name is coming off my company. Next, we are revamping what we are offering in terms of products and services. I am rebuilding my team and hiring. I am looking over my numbers with precision and making sure of things I never did before.

I am also doing things I never have before! We are starting our new Training School! What!!! YASSSS! Our new Pitch Training School! Yes, the name is coming shortly because so many clients have asked for it and it is coming!!!! If you want to be first to know about it, Type "ME" below in the comments!

I am also trusting myself so much more as a CEO. I have run successful businesses before but in all of them I have never been at this level. The level where BIG media is seeking me out consistently, where opportunities seem to fall in my lap, where I no longer have to keep pushing. The Projector is me has been activated!

I am saying a BIG Fat NO! to things that do not serve me or the audiences that I serve! Saying NO and meaning it! No longer nickel and dimeing myself because of possible opportunities down the line. I serve a GOD who is abundant. What is meant for me will reveal itself but not at the expense of saying yes to everything!
