Starting a New Chapter

As many of my connections know, my time at Executive Director of The Lisbon MBA Católica|Nova is getting to an end.

To lead the program for six years, as its Executive Director was an amazing experience. During this time, had the opportunity to meet brilliant students, work with a great team, as well as fantastic faculty, and to interact with an inspiring alumni community. I have also seen both programs being featured in the Financial Times rankings, and the international full-time MBA being considered the best in international experience in the world. I have also experienced the internationalization of the full-time program, the development of relations with key international employers, and the extension of the partnership with the MIT Sloan to the Executive MBA, which was also a platform to redesign the new Executive MBA, and to planting the seed to its internationalization.

To be part of all this was an immense privilege, and one of the greatest professional experiences I could ever aspire. However, more important than all these, are the stories behind the facts. I take with me the great conversations I had with the students, the learnings I got from them, and everything they shared with me: hopes, dreams, frustrations, loss, and happiness. Being allowed to be part of their story, and experience their life unfolding was unique. THANK YOU for letting me be part of it, and please stay in touch!

Looking back, now that I am embarking into a new chapter, I thank life for this opportunity. Bus mostly, I thank to my team. They were the ones who supported me, challenged me and made everything possible. I had a DREAM TEAM, to whom I cannot be grateful enough.
