Starting a marathon

Starting a marathon

Agradaya, one of our members, is starting a new business phase this year. They began their journey as a farm-to-table enterprise in 2015 and are currently expanding to meet the needs of the worldwide market while enhancing their local operations. Andhika Mahardika , the founder of Agradaya , realized that making this decision would be like starting a marathon after years of morning walk.?

Recently, SSI Indonesia connected them with the IPD - Import Promotion Desk , and got positive results from both parties. IPD is currently working to assist Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) in a number of countries, including Indonesia, where spices have emerged as a target commodity for exploration. They look for trustworthy and transparent businesses that are prepared to expand their knowledge of creating high-quality products and gain access to new markets.?

The IPD team visited Agradaya’s first processing facility in Yogyakarta to learn more about their core activities. "IPD provided vital information regarding our goods' value propositions, their significance in the European market, and other topics. It was an extremely mind-blowing experience.” Asri Saraswati Iskandar , co-founder of Agradaya, also added that they are now participating in the IPD programme and learning a lot of new things.

At SSI Indonesia, we strongly think that networking is a hidden “treasure” that will lead to new chances. That is why this platform exists: to cultivate this “wealth”.

Thank you, Agradaya, for sharing your stories.?
