Starting is the hardest part!

As I sat down in front of my screen in early 2017, I knew I had a long road ahead of me.

I had dabbled a bit in publicity over the years but it wasn't until then that I had even considered I could do it professionally.
So, I grafted hard. Long hours. For two years, I worked 7 days a week often 17-18 hour days. I learned my craft.

No agency work. No professional qualification. No course taken about it.

Nope.

I just sat in front of my screens and studied it all in real-time.

I watched the news cycle again and again and again.
And I started to get some wonderful results.
The 10,000 plus hours I put it paid off.

Even though I got burnt out, a few times.

Even though I tripped and cracked my head open on my desk one early morning, thankfully not doing too much damage! ( I think?!! )

Even though, I went over on my handlebar going for the Sunday papers one morning, thankfully though nobody was around so truthfully I got off lightly with just some bruising.

The work I put in; it paid off. It paid off big time.
Teaching my clients how to Tweet in a way that the media head-hunted you!
Having my clients appear on the BBC News twice and BBC Breakfast twice in a week along with 9 times on BBC Radio, was one of my finest moments.
Getting American journalists to head-hunt my client after she had been live-tweeting, was pretty big on a global news story.
Having two clients appear in Forbes twice soon to be three.
Getting one of my clients featured on National television 11 times in 2023.

All came from the work I put in as I learned to read how the news worked and how the media worked
