?? Creating a Multi-Action—In this example, we’ll open Outlook, Google Chrome, Slack, and Microsoft Teams with one press.

Step 1: Right-click on a blank key and select Create Multi Action.

Step 2: Once the Multi-Action has been created, double-click it to start setting it.

Step 3: Return to your actions list, locate the System group, and drag the open action into your Multi-Action. In the bottom section, select the App / File you want to open. In this case, we added Slack. You can also click the icon next to the App/File section to manually select the App or File from your Library, or even paste the path.

Step 4: Repeat the previous step, adding all the apps/files you want. In this case, we’ll continue with Microsoft Teams, Google Chrome, and Microsoft Outlook.

Step 5: Finally, test it. You can now press the Multi Action key on your Stream Deck to test it and ensure everything works.

By default, your Multi Actions have a delay of 100 milliseconds (ms) between actions, but?you can adjust the timing to find the right fit.
