Start with "WHY" to Find your "WHY"
There are not very many Leaders, items, or organizations that make developments. Not very many pioneers move reliability, in addition to a solitary exchange. Simply think of leaders like #MartinLutherKing Jr. Or companies like 苹果 , Southwest Airlines , or Harley-Davidson Motor Company . They have incredibly loyal followers and customers.
Now the point is WHY? This is the very first question that came into my mind, WHY does such a product/brand have very loyal customers & employees??

The order of WHY, HOW, and WHAT is essential.
You need authenticity to get the respect of your fans and clients. What does that actually mean? Your WHAT (results) and HOW (activities) must be congruent with your WHY (beliefs).
When recruiting, if we “Start with Why,” we can?help potential employees self-select as to whether they believe in our cause. If so, they will accept the REASONS FOR WHY WE DO WHAT WE DO. The personnel of a startup will be sustained through the inevitable ups and downs by their conviction in the WHY, or the mission.

Every business and leader is aware of the WHAT. They are able to provide information on their market, their sector, and their rivals. Some businesses are also aware of HOW they DO WHAT THEY DO, including their distinctive differentiators, value propositions, and values. However, few businesses are able to clearly state or define their WHY, or their reason for existing. Their purpose for existing is their WHY. And the reason anyone should care is the WHY.
