I grew up very poor, but thankfully I was able to start where I was and build with what I was given. Everyone is at various socioeconomic levels and live a life that has an assorted mix of challenges. Our job is to take those challenges and turn them into victories.

For many of us, the the biggest challenge we have is money.

No matter what stage on the wealth pendulum you are at, you can commit to use what you currently have access to, in an effort to build wealth right where you are.

If you don't have access to lots of money, it is not over for you. You still have an opportunity to build a substantial level of wealth using other forms of currency besides money. Don't sleep on other things that you can access, and can do, in order to build wealth.

Money is not the most important currency for wealth building because the people that EARN the most money do not necessarily HAVE the most wealth.

Other important forms of currency that are critical to building wealth, but are at everyone's disposal to freely use, include:

• Time
• Information and knowledge
• Positive attitude
• Personal responsibility
• Visions, goals, daily habits and action steps
• Social media platforms
• Individual gifts and talents
• Skills and competencies (Turning Your Skills Into Money)
• Relationships, community, and network
• Mental and physical health
• Creativity and innovation
• Flexibility and change management
• Discipline and patient consistency
• Real estate and real property

So now you know: If you don't have the income or the money you currently desire, maximize your wealth building by taking advantage of the other forms of currency that you have access to. Start where you are with what you have and build from there.
