Start where you are !

The one thing we all have in this world that is worth any form of value is time. Your wrist might be adorned by a Presidential Rolex or a G-Shock we still have the same hours in the day and we all chose how to use them.?You can trade them for a salary or create multiple streams of income. The choice is always ours.

However, the idea is to start where you are and build off the mistakes and successes to reach the desired goal. Its always imperative to sit down and analyse. Take into consideration the pro and cons of whatever decision your taking.

Be definitive about the end result you desire. Clarify your objectives on how you plan on getting there and what relationships you may need to make to get there. Always remember that it wont always go how you envision it in your mind but you definitely need to set the target and make sure you hit it right in the middle. The target is there for you to focus but just like a bullet has to deal with Coriolis effect so do your goals and objectives. They meet resistance and there’s nothing we can do but take another shot. If we still don’t get the desired result we have to sit and see what the problem is the shooter or the gun.

Think of the gun as the organization and the bullets your product/service, the target your sales. The further outside your target the more your net loss and the further inwards your net profit. The shooter is your employees each one playing a different part in the organization. The lower body being the ground staff and the upper body your management, executive teams and board members. Look at it In a unique way. One that no one else can see it. Then start from there.
