Good Article sir....Also eager to know successful own Startups/Ventures/entrepreneurial journey undertaken by any veterans including SSCOs themselves, Primarily in Business, manufacturing, logistics & Industries. I genuinely feel if a veteran hiring for startups can be gamechanger, why not the veteran start his own ventures with govt handholding for schemes like MSMEs and others.

Well written article wish members realise the limitations too. After 15 years of corporate experience I find one major issue which effects us viz cultural differences. Whilst inservice we believe in Camaraderie and cooperation even with divergent thinking. 1.In civil the crab mentality is extremely high and we are quite gullible to fall into that trap 2We tend to boast about our service privileges which are earned through hardships such as canteen ,clubs and our go getting attitude is sometimes pinching their egos.pls be careful to avoid and enjoy second career
