Start up Teams that Scale on Zoom

Why do start up teams that are heavily capitalized with top talent go off the rails? 

The bottom line is they have trouble scaling. 

Being able to scale a start up is a unique part of leadership that starts with the ability to create a high performing team, right from the start. In this pandemic, that happens on Zoom or another virtual platform.

9. (Values alignment and Team Norms) Think back to a time when this team (or another team you have been on) was engaged, focused, positive and productive. What was happening that made it possible? What behaviors did you see team members demonstrating? Please list attributes, values and behaviors that come to mind.

The answers you get as the leader are then rules of engagement which are critical as you move together as a team, and will become agreements in which you all work together.
