Continuing from what I had shared about a Start-up work:
Once you have an idea and the name decided, the very next thing is to get your team decided: Team of like-minded people who're interested in the idea and convinced about its viability.
What a team does is it takes role delegated, which means that everyone can work on their own special domain and thus can move the organization forward in a systematic way.
The team should be blunt and specialists with experience and executive management skills should take up roles according to their capabilities. The best part of team is the forum it provides, a forum where any particular decision of a particular member is debated with all pros and cons.
Team should be creative and shouldn't jump from one conclusion too many, coz otherwise the milestones become irrelevant and timelines are missed out on.
A strong team means a strong organization: that's the key in formative years of any start up.
