Only together can we provide significant impetus for an innovative and liveable future. That's why you can find a brief overview of our current initiatives here:?A particular highlight in September was EU Commission President Ursula von der Leyen's visit to our ‘Creating Neighborhoods Together—Neuperlach’ project. Here, a model for sustainable building has been created that combines the ideals of the Bauhaus movement—beauty, sustainability, and community. Our MakerSpace was involved with a free mobile workshop.

The ‘EXIST Lighthouse Competition Startup Factories’ initiative strengthens our start-up ecosystem throughout Germany. As a central component of the German government's start-up strategy, we support establishing internationally visible start-up centers. The WIN initiative recently presented by the coalition of the traffic light coalition led by Scholz, Habeck, and Lindner, which holds out the prospect of twelve billion euros, builds on this.?

In addition, we have launched the Social Impact Republic initiative with four other start-up centers to promote value-creating unicorns and raise awareness of start-ups that focus on the common good.

The Ultimate Glimpse Into the Future

This was the motto at this year's Bits& Pretzels, where visitors networked and exchanged ideas. Two reports shed light on the current situation in the start-up landscape.
