Start and Restart

Starting or restarting a new stage in one's professional career is a great challenge. Between the uncertainty of success and the fear of failure, there is a wide range of sensations that we can experience. There may also be the emptiness that contrasts with the intensity and voracity with which we gave ourselves in the previous function or profession; it may even be close to mourning, for the loss of environment, colleagues and activity.

However, there is also an adrenaline rush that comes from the expectation that it will be a good adventure, that it will be better than the previous one, that we will be able to embrace the challenges and that we will be privileged with the opportunity to leave our mark and build a path that we will be proud of.

This is the mindset that I consider necessary, that I recommend as useful and that I encourage us to adopt.
