Start Loving On YOU This Valentine's Day

Start Loving On YOU This Valentine's Day

So many time when we think of the word, LOVE, your mind instantly goes to the thought of another. Whether it be through relationships or hobbies, that's the first thought that comes when you hear LOVE.

We also associate love with loss and pain due to an experience. These feelings again usually are heightened by others.

The true essence of love lives within yourself. The love you have for you is the deepest form of frequency and motivation that lives within us all.

In this past week's Wellness For The Busy Woman In Business audio room, in celebration of Valentine's Day, we discussed how do you love into yourself daily.

We went over the 5 Love Languages for yourself

  1. Words of Affirmation

  • I challenged everyone for the next 7 days, every time you see your reflection, say an I AM affirmation to yourself. "I AM STRONG"

2. Acts Of Service

  • What do you do for yourself as a service? Celebrate yourself

3. Quality Time

  • What does quality time look like for you? Do you take yourself on a date

4. Physical Touch

  • Have you ever given yourself a foot massage? Connecting your body with the frequency and vibrations

5. Gifts

  • When last did you buy yourself a gift just because?

I would like to introduce you to my up coming Spring Fling, 90 Days Of Love The Skin You Are In Challenge commencing April 11th, 2023. Spots are very limited and will fill up.

For the first 5 people who sign up, receive additional one on one bonuses. The rewards of taking immediate action and making that commitment to yourself is life changing

Meal Of The Week

Simple Chilli & Sweet Potato Chips

Ingredients:

For the potatoes:

3 medium sweet potatoes

2 tsp. garlic powder

1 tsp. onion powder

2 tbsp. buckwheat flour

1 tbsp. olive oil

salt & pepper

For the simple chilli:

1 lb. (450g) lean ground beef

1 tbsp. chili flakes

1 can chopped tomatoes (14oz./400g)

6 fl. oz. (170ml) water

For the garnish:

2 tbsp. coriander, chopped

1 avocado, mashed

Directions:

  1. Heat the oven to 420°F (215°C).
  2. Wash the potatoes and cut them into chips. Season the chopped potatoes with the garlic and onion powder, salt and pepper, then sprinkle with buckwheat flour. Drizzle with olive oil and make sure all the potatoes are seasoned.
  3. Spread the potatoes on a baking tray, making sure they are not too close together. Bake in the oven for 40 minutes, stirring halfway through.
  4. In the meantime, heat a non-stick pan over a medium-high skillet and add the ground beef. Cook for about 2-3 minutes and season with chilli flakes.
  5. Add the chopped tomatoes and water. Then stir, reducing the heat to low. Simmer uncovered for about 20 minutes, until most liquid evaporates.
  6. To serve, divide the potatoes between plates and top with chilli, mashed avocado and sprinkle with coriander
