The Start !

For many years I was thinking about writing something that can help people or someone but never had the courage to do so, maybe because I not very good on writing or expressing things in a professional way .... Don't know!!

I feel that now I had some more time to give it a try, and just though about starting with some #lessons I learnt through my life and some milestones that really made a huge change in my career and my way of thinking or seeing things. So, let's start.

Back to 1996, I was just graduated and started my first job I was so young just turned 22 and nothing really on mind rather than getting my salary, didn't even know what the value is of what I'm doing, and no one try to explain to me, so it simply ends up after some months when I got a better offer and I just left.

After a couple of years, I got the chance to return back to the same place but in different department, at this time I was a little bit grew up and at least I can decide which career I want to continue, so I decided to return and I'm still in the same field for 23 years now and I never regret it.

At this time, I found someone to tell me what the value is for what I'm doing and how can the company be affected if I did it right or wrong, I start to love what I'm doing and care about it, start having a purpose and love working days instead of counting down for weekends.

The #Lesson: Tell your team their values, how can everyone make an impact even with a very small role, you will be surprised when people work with #passion when they love what they are doing, do be afraid to involve them in company's vision, objectives, KPI's, strategy ... people act totally different when they feel they are trusted, and they can give what you both can never expect.
