Start Eating Pure - Stop Eating Chemicals

Are you aware that it is illegal to sell margarine in the state of Missouri? Are you aware this law has been on the books for nearly 75 years? The state of Missouri probably has the closet food purity laws on the books currently in this country, but the liberal left is doing everything possible to limit (or stop) any further pursuits of limiting mass produces foods loaded with chemicals.

Did you ever wonder why your parents and grandparents (or for some of  your great grandparents) lived to be a as old as they did, without eating modern food products. They achieved that be eating correctly and by eating foods that never came in a box, or came with all sorts of additives that where meant to prolong shelf life, which end up being eaten by people like you and me. These preservatives are NOT good for us, but that's something they (mass food manufacturing companies) don't openly reveal to the public.

The road to better health isn't Obama Care, or the government intervention, its eating right (eliminate chemicals) and getting plenty of exercise, leave your car at home and walk as often as possible.

Kerrygold - Pure Irish Butter, is one of the few products currently on the market that doesn't have (Chemicals) additives. It is also made with one of the oldest and purest processes still in existence. In fact, because it doesn't contain all of those preservatives it has a short shelf life, thus it is only sold in a half pound sticks.

Start eating pure, and you will feel better, and be healthier for it.

Eat foods that don't contain additives, sugars, salts, chemicals, antibiotics, and/or hormones. Spend more time at the farmers market, and less time in the boxed food and canned food isles in the grocery store.

My niece is a vegan, and although I don't completely agree with her life style, (because I do enjoy an occasional steak) I do respect what she is trying to achieve. Which is eating pure foods without all of the additives that come from commercially produced foods.

I grow a lot of my own vegetables, organically, without chemical fertilizers, herbicides, or pesticides. In Stead, I use what mother nature uses and has provided. My yields are often equal to commercial farmers, but my vegetables taste a lot better. Often sweeter, and juicier. I also am somewhat successful in growing vegetables that are not suppose to be able to grow in Zone 5. Many of my vegetables do not look perfectly shaped like they do in the grocery stores. Those in the stores represent less that 10% of which are actually commercially grown. The other more than 90% are considered irregulars (according to the commercial food growers) and usually end up in your canned goods, or prepackaged frozen foods along with all kinds of additives, preservatives, and other chemicals.

Pay attention to what you eat, and your general health will gradually improve.
