A great way to start the day is with sending out compliments to at least three people. Totally unexpected. Totally sincere. I mean early, like before you get into anything else. Thank you's, recognition and accolades are fantastic first thing in the morning.

If you don't know three people that you can joyfully celebrate, stop. Are there not enough people for you? Is it a numerics problem? Have you already given joy to everyone that you possibly can? Of course not.

It's not a checklist task, it's a beautiful kiss of humanity. Celebrating someone else is always a fantastic thing to do. You have three people in your head right now, don't you?

Giving is a great gift. Start the day that way selflessly. You will have a super great day.

LinkedIn is one way to do it, but not the only. Celebrate people and give thanks.
