Elongate and strengthen your back safely
This exercise is pivotal for developing spinal elongation and strength in the lumbar and thoracic regions. In ballet, a strong and aligned back is essential for stability and fluidity in movement. Remember to practice with careful attention to each detail to avoid unnecessary strain and always protect your posture.
