The stars shine brighter in the dark winter sky

At the closing ceremony of the last WIN conference, participants stood in awe and showed no signs of leaving the room. They didn't want to go.
We know that the stars shine brighter in the dark winter sky.
It was certainly a return to the roots of the iconic organization and leadership conference - of a coming together as a force for good, helping each other, growing and shining with hope and determination.
A new time.
You may be the first in your family, the first in your workplace, the first in your community to step outside of what is 'expected of you'.
As such your path was not easy and you survived it.
Here you are. Right here. Present. You have taken another leap and you find yourself on a deeper path of authenticity.
Listening more deeply with the ears of an integrity that is awake to the conditioning of society you even see more clearly.
You are attending to what wants to come through you, perhaps for the first time.
Coming together as pioneers, who will feel like misfits, outsiders and underdogs in the eyes of society, is an incredible privilege.? It really makes you understand that you were not alone and that you were enough all along, in fact you might even be a shining star.?
Imagine.
On an optimistic day, we could even say that these men and women are part of a 'new renaissance', watching the dawn of their new lives.
A New Cycle
As we close one year - an entire cycle, in fact - and open up to new beginnings, we thank you for being part of this special mission to advance a new, more harmonious paradigm.
In our Leadership Journey Programme we are looking at the authentic stories of women and how they are evolving through their becoming more of who they really are.
Many of you share with me that you are on the cusp of something new, a new beginning, or rather.
I see in many of you, a new becoming. For your story is now a new one, you are no longer who you once were.
And as I say over and over again in WIN - the feminine is about your being and the how, the consciousness that you bring to what you do.
In fact, you may still be in your old job, your same career and your long-term relationship and yet it will be different.? Remember, when you do what you do now differently, with your new consciousness, there is a different resonance that emanates from you that allows new experiences to come into your life.

Expecting
At this time you may feel a lot of pressure to come up with your new vision, your new goals and intentions for the New Year. This is always an inspiring process and my guidance would be to listen to nature right now without rushing ahead.
Keeping with winter life here in the North, where much of nature is still covered in snow for many weeks and months to come, there is a sense that something new is on the way, but it is not yet clear, it is not yet ready, and like winter, or like a pregnancy, you have to wait, nurture and tend to it for a little while longer.
Regression
Some of you have come to me and talked about regression for women and humanity as a whole and I say even though this may be a dark time on the planet, let us turn to the stars again.
For we know that it is easier to see a star shining brightly in the darkness.
As long as you continue to let the light in, you have nothing to fear - for this is your time – it is our time.? We are the solution to the many challenges of our time.? We know this from the many real-life stories we have heard at our recent WIN conferences: we know of workplaces that have been transformed, areas of the world that have become more peaceful, and lives that have become safer and more meaningful because of you. We know it is possible. It was no illusion. We have seen it. We have experienced it.
It may be that your new beginning is about the expansion of that very possibility, your becoming more of what you know to be possible.
As always, expect magic - Happy New Year.
With love and courage

1 个月What an inspiring and important message for all of us - The stars shine brighter in the darkness... We should never give up but see the light in the darkest darkness ??????

1 个月This is an inspiring message Kristin, as is everything you do! It's similar to my new year's message: "As we start a new year, moving out of winter solstice time, the darkest days of year, people globally have celebrated the power of light over darkness. Jews celebrate Chanukah’s ‘miracle of the lights’; Christians celebrate Christmas’ birth of Christ ‘the light of the world’; some Muslims celebrate Yalda Night’s birth of Mithra ‘the goddess of light’; some Hindus celebrate Pongol to thank the sun god Surya, others celebrate Pancha Ganapati for the great angel Ganesha remover of obstacles and bringer of good luck. Whatever your tradition, in 2025 let’s work for a more peaceful, just world in these times of so much tragedy and celebrate our ability to have a positive impact even in the darkest moments." Wishing you love, light and blessings. XO,?
