Starmer V Musk

Starmer V Musk

This is a topic I can fully comment on. Its in my field of expertise and well I have been following this in various guises since 2011.

I'm going to lay out a brief history of Grooming gangs in the UK to show you how bad it is and why there is such an outcry about it, largely due to a space cowboy from South Africa.

The first cases were reported in the UK in 2001, 23 years ago. The names of Taxi drivers, that used to collect victims from care homes, were handed to the police in Rotherham. These were already vulnerable kids.

In 2004 Channel 4 does a story on white kids that are being exploited and groomed in Bradford.

2010 Eleven men are prosecuted and found guilty of sexually abusing children in Derbyshire.

2011 Andrew Norfolk, a journalist writes about Asian men grooming white girls in Rotherham (Again) and is branded a racist. He insisted that the story is written despite fears that :"the far right" would latch onto the story. Already Political undertones are showing up in this case.

2011 A girl abused in Huddersfield writes to a judge about her experience and in 2013 another. This set of a slew of people reporting and an investigation was started. Parents claimed that the police ignored them when they reported this several times.

Operation Bullfinch is launched in this same year by Oxford police into grooming gangs in the area.

2012 Men from Rochdale and Oldham are prosecuted and convicted.

2013 Seven men are jailed because of the same crimes in Telford

2014 13 men are convicted in Bristol as a result of operation Brooke

2017 29 men face prosecution and a blanket ban on reporting on this case is implemented to "protect the case" This is where Tommy Robinson was convicted for taking pictures of the accused outside the court. He was jailed for 13 months and this was later reduced to 9 months.

2018 20 men are convicted of crimes against 15 women in Huddersfield. they are convicted of 120 counts.

Now some action

Rishi Sunak sets up an inquiry into grooming gangs in 2023. In May 2024 550 suspects are arrested and 4000 victims, gosh it hurts just to type that number, FOUR THOUSAND victims are identified. Funny that it took a president of Asian Decent to start this.

2023 9 other men are prosecuted as a result of operation Stovewood in Rotherham

2024 11 More are convicted in Rotherham on the same investigation

Enquiries

There have been 11 enquiries by various agencies as well as government into the grooming gangs in the UK, mainly England and Whales.

In 2013 a report by A Home affairs Select Committee found that the CPS (crown prosecution services) the police and social workers all failed in their duties to protect the vulnerable. Guess who was in charge of the CPS a for a huge chunk of this time? (2008 to 2013) The illustrious prime minister Sir Kier Starmer. Please tell me he was unaware of what was happening!

In 2013 Prof Alexis Jay led an investigation into grooming gangs where she found that 1200 kids were abused since (Get This) 1997 BY MAINLY BRITISH PAKISTANI men. My word, this is sickening.

Theresa May then commissioned the Independent Inquiry into Child Sexual Abuse after the Jerry Saville Bomb dropped. Prof Alexis Jay Became the lead on this after three others left.

This inquiry showed that police knew 5 years prior that Asian grooming gangs were targeting kids outside of schools.

2015: A serious case review by Oxfordshire Safeguarding Children's Partnership finds 373 children (including 50 boys) could have been groomed and sexually exploited in the city. It accused Thames Valley Police of not believing children when they complained.

2022: The Independent Inquiry into Child Sexual Abuse, by Professor Jay is published after eight years. It finds police and councils downplayed the scale of the problem and children were often blamed for their abuse.

It makes recommendations, including mandatory reporting of child sexual abuse by people working with children, the establishment of a national financial compensation scheme for victims "let down by institutions" and the creation of a child protection authority.

There are many more inquiries and I will not list each one. I will place a link to the article written on this on Sky News By @alixculbertson

Where was Sir Starmer in all of this?

2008-2013: Sir Keir Starmer was director of public prosecutions (DPP), head of the Crown Prosecution Service (CPS) which conducts criminal prosecutions in England and Wales, for five years.

2009: The CPS was criticised for not prosecuting Rochdale grooming gang suspects in 2008 and 2009. It said the main victim was "unreliable" so dropped the case.

2010-2011: In that financial year, child sexual abuse prosecutions reached 4,794 - the highest during Sir Keir's time as DPP. In 2016/17, there were nearly 7,200 prosecutions.

2011: The decision to not prosecute in Rochdale was overturned by Nazir Afzal, chief prosecutor for northwest England, appointed by Sir Keir.

2013: A Home Affairs Committee report said unlike other agencies, the CPS had "readily admitted victims had been let down by them and have attempted both to discover the cause of this systemic failure and to improve the way things are done so as to avoid a repetition of such events".*

Now here is where I veer from the X narrative

Child rape should never be politicised, the shame the victims need to bare is already bad enough. What needs to be dealt with is that Another Inquiry is going to solve the problem.

The recommendations laid out by Prof Alexis Jay need to be implemented Immediately.

She is calling for the formation of a special Child sex crimes division, which I'm sure encompasses The police, CPS and the Judiciary, (well I hope it does) and for the compensation of victims that were let down by the state organs, those that were supposed to help them.

When you see the number of victims you can see why there is probably a reluctance to do this, it will cost Billions of Pounds.

We should not be using the pain of victims to achieve political gains, and this is what musk seems to be doing here. Elon, a compatriot, but that is as far as it goes, could have used his popularity to draw attention to the plight of the Grooming gang victims, and not to attack a political party that we know is against his American trump puppet.

The pain of victims is not the fodder of the elite.

Lets hope that the victims of the grooming gangs of the UK get a speedy resolution to their plight, and that the politician deliver on their mandate to serve their constituents to be servants of the people, a small fact that 90% of all politicians world wide seem to have forgotten.

We also need to be cognisant of the fact that we are the ones that placed them in power, and if they aren't delivering on that mandate, we need to set aside our own loyalties and get them out.
