Star Pharmacy Group announce new Chief Executive Officer

We are pleased to announce the appointment of Peter Piliouras GAICD as Chief Executive Officer of our 60-store national pharmacy business. The Star Pharmacy Group incorporates Star Discount Chemist , the group’s own national brand, as well as a number of Priceline Pharmacy Pharmacies and independent stores. Peter brings to our group over 16 years’ senior executive experience at Peregrine Corporation ; most recently eight years in the roles of Chief Operating Officer and Chief Commercial Officer.?

With over 25 years’ experience in convenience retail leadership roles, he is well equipped to lead us on our rapid growth trajectory.?

At Peregrine Corporation Peter oversaw the management of 250 stores and over 3,000 employees. Peter holds degrees in Law and Commerce from the 澳大利亚阿德莱德大学 and is also a graduate of 美国哈佛商学院 ’s High Potentials Leadership Program.?

Our?current Chief Executive Officer, David Clark, will be retiring from full-time work with Peter Piliouras set to join us on Monday, November 21. David will work closely with Peter to ensure there is a smooth transition into the role.
