#STANDWITHIRAN - urgent request!

Dear friends, Iran stands at this very right moment at a crossroad. The citizens of Iran began a straggle to force a breakthrough direction a righteous democratic state,. If they fell there will be a backlash, an even more militarized dictatorship by the current tyranny. Support the citizens of Iran in their quest!

According to my former editor - when I was editor in chief at Tehran Review - and current anchorman of Radio Liberty based in Prague Reza Valizadeh, in last three day in more than 65 cities in Iran the citizens have been taking the risk to demonstrate and demand referendum and shout death to dictator. It is a crucial moment in the history of Iran and the Greater Middle East. Many in Iran, young and old, man and women, with different ethnic and social backgrounds take the risk – even if the cost is as high as losing their lives and that o their dear ones - to bring an end to a regime that have been refused their demand for internal reform for decades. A regime and wouldn't pay attention to clear longing of its people to end its hostile rhetoric and intermingling in internal affairs of its own neighbors and propagandizing hate against liberal democratizes.

What the people of Iran asks us, the citizens of democratic countries is not a big effort from our side. But of great value for them and a sign of recognition of their braveness, courage and legitimate longing for democracy.
