Standing By Your Oath
We all know judges, lawyers, district attorneys, and cops know each other. Even those in leadership in correctional facilities. What happens when they use their relationships, to convict innocent people for their own benefit? This is the question I have asked myself for a few years, coming back to Tennessee. I came back clean, motivated and more educated in life. In understanding the world is more than just what you grew up exposed to, you grow and change for the better. No weapons formed against you shall prosper.
Making several friends and connections in New York, Utah, California, Atlanta, and the DMV area; I understood other cultures. The world is more than just what you be been exposed to culturally. The most was learned from my connections in New York and California. My Italian, Jewish, Mormon, and Latino friends showed me what true friendship is; not based upon race, but the soul of a person. Being clear does not mean you're useless or stupid, but an individual thinker.
We should seek to engage and get to know others, without our own person bias, or what others say.
Drugs can ruin a family and create problems in a person's legal career. It would be impossible to clearly articulate your perspective, and recall legal matters, if you are addicted to multiple illegal substances. Dianetics taught me, it is possible to help someone mourning, depressed or has been abused in life. However, you cannot help someone, that does not see their own aberration's. You never really know a person, until you live together. Aberrated, and depressed people can be mean.
Breaking off friendships can have detrimental effects. There are judges and lawyers, may have known each other a long time. Some of those friendships come with bias. When you take an oath, it is forbidden to include yourself in grudges, to make a bad person look good. It is possible to work with someone for 30 years; only to discover you do not know the faces they show to others. Our criminal justice system shows favoritism, when it is entrusted to follow the law. The problems started, after 12/6/21.
Two years later, and I get a call from the DA. Only to go to court, wait in Victim Protection, and be told my case was dismissed. The DA Victim Advocate knew I was downstairs, and yet, she dropped the ball and was not paying attention. A Judge was appointed to hear the case, but she and I had had dinner on a few occasions. At what point does a lawyer, and his cop brother; be required to pay for the crime of rape? Metro Police covered up the crime, and failed to investigate, because he was a cop.
Maybe that's why eight cops came to get me for a false warrant; and had their hands on their weapon. Then the arresting officer said, "You did not even resist." Maybe, because I knew you would kill me. Even though, I was their Chaplain for a year and they took my hat, pistol. They did not read me my Miranda rights.
Letting things go to move on in life, you sometimes still have those that will blackball you, to prevent you from living a good life. You don not lie on good people. Karma comes back. There are those, that see your growth and wisdom, and want to pull you down to their level. I let things go, but there are those that try to dirty you up, because sometimes people don't want to see you happy. Exercising your Constitutional Rights is everyone's Right. Especially, when you are in Law School.
The justice system will abuse authority, and punish good people. I came back with the intention of completing me Criminal Justice Degree, and perhaps teaching at the Police Academy. Consciousness is a great thing, especially with a clear mind. When you are clear, you are a positive and peaceful person. Narcissists should be avoided at all costs.
The moral of the story is, if you fight, you will get what you deserve in the end. They will clear my background, because if a man does not pay taxes for 30 years, how can you trust him to represent you in law? When your moral compass is filthy, you cannot be trusted. When you date someone, make sure they do not have chemical dependency, psychological problems, and a history of abuse.
Exercising my 2nd amendment rights, came before the lies. The judge said I got to gun out of fear. That was a lie. The carry permit and weapon receipt; were well before he went out on a crack attack. Do not try to help bad people, help yourself first. Trying to hurt a good person out of spite, will come back to haunt you. In the justice system, if you are sworn to uphold the law, you do not break the law. The preponderance of the evidence, speak for itself.
What's done in malice and in the dark will come to light. When I tell a man it's over, I mean it. A woman that understands abuse in the wrong relationships can cause aberration, trauma and misery. I love myself. We must choose healthy partners, because the wrong ones can make you ill. A strong Godly woman would rather be alone, than with the wrong man.

10 个月Criminal Justice Reform is much needed. Otherwise, we elect criminals that oversee the Justice System. Not good.
