Standing Ready

When watching injustice, both from the stain of systemic racism and the current effects of COVID 19, it is clear that all those with purpose should be doing the important work of creating change.  The last 6 months of unnecessary and necessary upheaval has amplified our understanding of the importance of health, safety, family, justice, honesty and respect. Also, that in all cases, and all spaces, Black Lives Matter.  This highlights the importance of the work we do at BLVE.  We have seen how hard people want to work to make the world a better place.

When I consider the position of BLVE 6 months into this pandemic, I see an organization working actively to help nonprofits find new models to survive and thrive.  I see a company that searches for transformational leaders to assist organizations in changing their environments.  I envision BLVE working collaboratively and creating models for strategic partnerships that could help organizations transition their work online, innovate digitally and create new models for raising money.

With our team of leaders and consultants, in addition to our amazing clients, collaborators and friends, we are emboldened to help meet the need for change and find new ways to create and innovate. We want to help build new organizational models, break down the norms, be audacious and be prepared for what the future holds. 

All this in the frame of supporting non profits, leaders, and socially impactful corporations that want to be a part of the needed change that is happening in our world.  There is never cultural progress without change.
