Standing Out in Our Cruise Industry

That quote has followed me from the start of Lemoneight. I wanted to make sure that we truly stood out, gave back, and built lasting relationships with who we work with. I recall one conversation from the beginning of Lemoneight, I wasn't sure if this business was going to work, my good friend said, "Stay focused, do the right thing and always add value, it will work." Great advice, I must say.

What has made Lemoneight Stand Out?

1. Social Media Platform. In a time where the industry was on a standstill we began to bring people together, bring a message of hope and positivity, this brought much visibility for the brand. We never ever pushed a product, you can search our social pages, we don't focus on selling, its part of strategy and our strength! We focus on building connections.

2. Trust. In a time when most could not pay, we said, we understand, we believe in your people, and we will help. This business approach has led to our current success. I always tell myself, "Build the relationships, be truly interested in the people and the business may come" A great example of building trust is with a current client, we had a training experience opportunity but they requested this online. The money was good, and an easy no brainer answer would of been, YES! Let's do it! but, inside myself I knew that for this specific group of people an online course would not cut it, we needed to hear their thoughts and truly engage, online would not work. I went back and shared my thoughts and thanked them for the opportunity. By being so honest and raw it led to trust, they knew I had their best interest in mind and they came back and said, they wanted to work with us. We ended up working with their teams in person for 2 weeks. This trust grew and has led to our biggest contract to date.

3. Engagement Method. Every training experience we provide is interactive, we call it experience as the word "training" sometimes gets a negative rep. People often learn best when they become part of whatever is happening. All of our experiences are: 1. High Energy 2. Interactive 3. Fun An epic combination for a great and interactive session! Oh yeah, we're not really into using slides in what we do... we are moving away from this as well. We use lots of small group activities to learn and grow. Our goal is to have everyone involved.

Our 2022 is full of epic things and we couldn't be more grateful and proud. Thank you for all your support and encouragement.
