The standing desk is clearly the way forward.

I'm actually at the stage where I feel "guilty" sitting down.

I feel more energised whilst in my office and it's starting to feel normal typing whilst standing.

I can really recommend a standing desk for ALL workplace areas and dare I say that in a team office then the competition will be to see who can stand the longest... The result will be a more focussed and successful team in a better work environment
