TODAY'S HOROSCOPE - FEBRUARY 1st 2021
The world of personal boundaries meets group expectations as Saturn and Uranus square each other. They also show where you’re conflicted about your own desire to change. The build up to next week’s exact connection sees you grappling with old versus new, on both levels. Saturn is in a stronger position because it co-rules Aquarius with Uranus. Whereas, Uranus is overpowered, due to being in Taurus.
Saturn wants you to show off your unconventionality in a way that you can be respected. This may require you to sacrifice some of your security to acquire this. Yet, Uranus wants you to hold onto old structures. This could be the case, even though they maybe undermining what you actually want to achieve.
- Whatever you’re holding onto, is it worth fighting for? And, if so, why?
Understanding the rationale behind any action you take is very important. Otherwise, you’ll be left to follow the breeze without knowing the destination. Venus, the ruler of Taurus, is at 29 degrees of Capricorn. So it’s imperative to have awareness about exactly what you value and are committed to. The combination of this degree position and sign introduce a level of seriousness concerning your future direction. Take on board the maxim, ‘Stand for something, or you’ll fall for anything.’
The Moon in Virgo forms a harmonious aspect to Venus and is also at the last degree. So, in another way, the call to action is by combing through the details of what’s essential. These insights will guide you to see how you can be amiable within your friendship circles. Therefore, you can heal your inner schism that holds you back from happily engaging with others.
Just as the Moon is about to leave Virgo it makes an inept contact with retrograde Mercury in Aquarius. They can’t quite grasp the message the other is sending out. Use Mercury’s motion to see where your thoughts lack emotional resonance. Whatever you notice, exercise discernment so you can move back into alignment.
