Stand Out from the Crowd

I had an interesting time where I received an interesting question from one of the leaders and I believe it can help leaders, women or youth to overcome “ Pleasing People " and feeling “Lost in the Crowd”

In my opinion, loving and caring is natural to you only when you acknowledge that you possess it within yourself. "Whatever the seed from within, it is the kind of tree you become and fruit you bear."

1.) You are Enough- I believe people should learn how to handle themselves, wherever they go. They should know how stand strong, with or without someone. You don’t need others to make you feel enough or have others empower you. You already have been given power abundantly, tie yourself up to the source. You have the inner strength within you wanting to come out, use all your energy and time in improving your skills, focusing on what needs to be done and being the right person. You have enough resources accessible for you, just think clearly and act intelligently. 

2.) Refuse to Change for Anyone- People will try to change you for what they want you to be, fact is, there are billions of people in the planet and you will meet a lot of people in your lifetime and when you keep changing yourself just to please them, you will lose your identity. Clearly, i’ve learned uniqueness comes embracing your personality, keeping a youthful passion and bringing the light within you to light others who are trying to be someone else. What you are and who you are makes you unique, when you compare yourself to others and copy other people's personality, what’s the difference then?

3.) Speak your Mind When Necessary- Speak about something that matters, words that uplift people, spread positivity and something good. Knowing what you like and what you don’t like is the key, this is where you put boundaries. You don’t need an army to speak for you, to do everything for you or defend you, you are the master of your life.

It is your great responsibility to lead your own life. Stop being needy. Take control. It takes courage to act. This is your day, your moment, your time. Use it wisely.
