Stamping Process Engineer

Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for stamping SE analysis of product data: including stamping process analysis, process flow formulation, stamping process feasibility analysis, stamping process design, etc.
• Review of oil clay CAS and main cross-sections.
• Familiar with the flanging of opening parts, and able to independently complete the writing of output documents related to stamping SE at various stages.
• Responsible for CAE analysis of side panels and fenders, and the writing of output documents related to stamping SE at various stages.
• Responsible for the review of stamping processes for new models and the writing of ECRs.
• Responsible for the review and approval of processes and molds for new models.
• Responsible for the industrialization debugging work of the stamping supervisor engineer, and tracking and handling on-site process issues.
• Assist the stamping supervisor engineer in completing other tasks in this profession.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or above.
• More than 5 years of design experience in stamping vehicle manufacturers or mold factories.
• Familiar with the working mode of automotive technical service companies; possess the ability to analyze stamping processes for SE; possess the ability to design and plan stamping processes; possess the ability to design and plan tooling.

• 负责产品数据的冲压SE分析：包含产品冲压工艺分析，工艺流程制定，冲压工艺可行性分析，冲压工艺设计等；
• 对油泥CAS及主断面进行评审；
• 熟悉开启件包边，及能独立完成冲压SE相关阶段输出物文件的编写；
• 负责侧围翼子板冲压CAE分析，及冲压SE相关阶段输出物文件的编写；
• 负责新车型冲压工艺审查及ECR的编写；
• 负责新车型工艺及模具会签；
• 负责冲压主管工程师工业化调试工作，跟踪处理现场工艺问题；
• 协助冲压主管工程师完成本专业其他的工作。

资格要求：

• 本科及以上学历 5年以上冲压主机厂或模具厂设计工作经验 熟悉汽车技术服务公司的工作模式；
• 具备冲压工艺SE分析能力；
• 具备冲压工艺设计规划能力；
• 具备工装规划设计能力。
