Thank You Pages

While it might be easy to simply put a “Thank you” at the completion of the form, it isn’t ideal for user experience or analytics.?

The better user experience to indicate the form fill was successful and the site owner values the interaction is a thank you page. This separate thank you page has its own URL and is your opportunity to keep the user engaged. Not only does it say “thank you” but offers information on what to expect when they are contacted, or links to useful and relevant content on your site. An immediate thank you email is also an expected and nice process. Make sure it also includes additional journey information.?

They believe the advantages community colleges offer include:?

  • Workforce development training with multiple pathways to the education outcomes students are looking for?
  • Small class sizes and a supportive atmosphere ?

They suggested a few changes community colleges could make:?

  • Sharpen alumni connections and showcase student testimonials to champion support in their community.

What's Changing?

Meta recently released saved profiles in Business Suite, so that you can switch between profiles to manage your business. For example, if you use different profiles/logins to manage different pages for your college or university, you can save those profiles and switch between them. It’s not quite as seamless as it seems though. Currently, clicking on your saved profile will take you back to the login page to sign in again each time you switch.
