Create GA4 Audiences in Google Ads

Google announced that you can now create GA4 audiences directly in your ads account Audience Manager. They are also adding some custom and pre-defined dimensions to GA4 to make it easier to capture that data. Read the Search Engine Land article.

New Google Ads Automatic Business Name and Logo Asset Creation

This feature will allow Google Ads to crawl your website and dynamically create a business name and business logo for you. If you want to ensure that your business name and logo appear correctly in Google Ads, Stamats recommends turning off the Dynamic business names and Dynamic business logos account level automatic asset creation. Conversational Experience Rolled Out in Google Ads Search Campaign Creation

Conversational experience is a chat-based tool that uses AI to help you quickly create search ad headlines and descriptions, and choose relevant keywords, images, and sitelinks. After you give the AI your landing page URL, these assets are created based on the content on your landing page. Find more information.

Facebook Launches Default End-to-End Encryption in Facebook and Messenger

On December 6, 2023, Facebook announce that it has launched end-to-end encryption as a default in Facebook and Messenger. This is likely something that they added from WhatsApp, which they purchased in 2014. Along with this feature, they added more functionality for editing messages, adding higher quality images and video, and disappearing messages. Explore new features.
