1. What has Stalwart infused in you about leadership??

Stalwart has played a major role in building my leadership qualities.? Working with the top management helped me imbibe their leadership qualities and upskill myself towards success. From being an executive to becoming a manager, Stalwart has taught, corrected, and supported me in every aspect. This has increased my level of confidence, improved my communication skills, and empowered me to make independent decisions at work.?

2. How has working in this sector shaped your worldview?

The security and manpower industry was never a known industry to me. Working in this sector has changed my mindset on manpower requirements and has created in me an understanding of how critical this aspect is in running an organisation. I am happy to be working and being shaped as a leader in this challenging industry.?

3. What is the most important learning from working with Stalwart group?

Working with Stalwart Group has shaped me to be a multi-tasker. Stalwart has provided immense opportunities for professional growth. I have developed a better understanding of the dynamics of teamwork and collaboration by working with colleagues from different backgrounds. I have realised that effective teamwork skills are essential for achieving the common goals in the organisation. Stalwart has also made me understand the importance of satisfactorily delivering client needs as much as nurturing a warm work environment within the organisation, which in turn helps deliver better services and facilitate clients.

4. Share an experience that challenged you.

One of the most demanding experiences at work is leading teams during challenging deployments or services with strict deadlines.? I have learnt to adapt my leadership style to suit the needs of my team and have invested in learning how to manage stress during these high-pressure situations. Learning to prioritise tasks effectively and delegating responsibilities has helped to alleviate the pressure on both myself and my team. These experiences challenged me to grow not only as a leader but also as an individual. It has taught me the importance of adaptability, effective communication, critical problem-solving, and leadership.

From preliminary surveys to continual training and reviews, each task is intricately woven into the fabric of a structured workflow, promoting accountability and transparency. Clear guidelines and SOPs minimise the margin for errors, thus contributing to a more secure environment. Here is a brief overview of our possess flow that is designed to deliver the best services.

  2. We then craft a comprehensive proposal, which is then finalized by the customer, establishing the security service agreements.
  3. Our dedicated HR team then recruits skilled personnel and provides specialized training to them to ensure competence and readiness for security roles.
  4. Following this we conduct a thorough background verification of our personnel before deployment to guarantee the integrity and reliability of the security team members.
  5. Once the security team is deployed, strategic On-the-Job Training is conducted to ensure seamless integration into security operations that match the operations of the organisation.
  6. We also ensure a smooth shift from existing security measures to the newly implemented services, thus minimising disruption.
  7. Once the transition is done, our team conducts in-depth evaluations to provide informed recommendations to further optimise security strategies and protocols. This provides an opportunity to further refine the processes.
  8. SOPS ensures that each of the processes has a defined operation strategy, thus minimising the chances of errors. Job cards are issued to the personnel to ensure clear guidance in their roles.
