How do you use this framework?

Here is how you proceed with the stakeholder matrix ??

Draw a quadrant with X-axis titled impact, the Y-axis titled power

The 4 areas will be tagged as:

High power and high impact = manage closely

High power and low impact = keep satisfied

Low power and high impact = keep informed

Low power and low impact = monitor (minimum effort)

The stakeholder matrix will give you an idea of how much time you need to invest in keeping your stakeholders satisfied.
