Stage It and They WILL come!

Did you know staging can significantly improve your bottom line?

  • In a 2019 National Association of Realtors report, a quarter of the agents surveyed said that staging increased the sale price of a property they were selling up to 5%.
  •  And, 17% of the agents said that staging had increased prices up to 10%! 

Though staging may seem like an investment upfront, it can actually save you money in the long run, because in my experience, staged listings not only sell for a higher price point, but they also sell faster! 

I've seen it over and over again. 

I believe in the power of this process so much that I take the extra step of staging homes for all my clients.

In fact, 38% of agents surveyed said that staging made prospective buyers more likely to walk through a home they saw online.
