Staffing Scheduler/Relationship and Talent Manager

Murdock Education Recruitment is the leading specialist Recruitment Agency in Western Australia, providing Relief and Permanent staffing solutions to the Childcare and Before and After School Care Sector.?

Due to one of our team going on Mat Leave, we are looking for a particular person who has the drive and motivation to join our BUSY team.?

The Role

This fast-paced role requires you to have excellent organisation skills and superior communication. You will be responsible for hiring, onboarding, rostering and scheduling anywhere from 100 – to 200 casual employees, including Cert III Educators, Diploma Qualified Educators, and Early Childhood Teachers.?

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible and accountable for the overall scheduling and planning of Educators across state workforce operations.
  • Increase operational output through best practice rostering
  • Set up job placement orders for allocated rosters
  • Liaising with internal and external staff to access what is needed and who is best to represent the business
  • Advertising and marketing for specific positions and requirements
  • Interviewing, offering and onboarding suitable employees within company guidelines
  • Data entry and administration
  • Managing employee availability shift swaps, non-attendance and ensuring shifts are successfully filled within a 10-minute turnaround period.
  • Providing accurate plans and details to a workforce of what is required?
  • Issuing uniforms and appropriate clothing are required.
  • Supervise and maintain relationships with employees; this includes following ups and feedback.
  • Relationship building with current and future clients.?

What will I need to be successful?

  • Diploma in Children Services or Higher
  • High level of problem-solving skills with a demonstrated ability to juggle multiple tasks
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Polished presentation
  • Able to work under pressure and complete set KPI targets
  • Used to working in a fast-paced and high-volume environment
  • Comfortable in attending events and providing leadership
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to understand deadlines and work in line with these
  • Great people and interpersonal skills
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Strong work ethic, goal orientated and always striving for new challenges.
