Expanding Our Community to 1,000 Connections!

We are thrilled to have an audience of 1,000 LinkedIn connections and over 300 subscribers to the Nursery, which began publishing this year. Thank you for listening, learning, and growing with us as we continue to innovate in the healthcare workforce management space.

100+ Customized Demos

Our team conducted 100+ personalized demos, tailoring our presentations to meet the unique needs of healthcare organizations. Each demo showcases how StaffGarden can simplify clinical program management, enhance staff engagement, and provide actionable insights through our reporting dashboards.

Your feedback during these demos has been invaluable, helping us refine our platform and ensure we’re always aligned with what healthcare organizations need most.

Platform Enhancements: 20 New Features

Innovation is at the core of what we do, and this year we introduced 20 new features to our platform! These enhancements are designed to make managing clinical ladders, competencies, and workforce engagement even more seamless. From improved mobile functionality to advanced reporting tools, we’re committed to evolving alongside the ever-changing healthcare landscape.

Building Diverse Programs

One of the most exciting aspects of our work this year has been the diversity of programs we’ve built. In total, we helped create 83 programs across various clinical fields, including new areas such as:

  • Respiratory Care Practitioner (RCP)
  • Ambulatory Surgery Center (ASC)
  • Therapist
  • Pharmacist

These programs are helping organizations recognize and advance the incredible work being done across all corners of healthcare.
