StaffGarden Q3 Product Feature Updates!

StaffGarden is constantly improving Grow’s functionality with input from our partners and clients. We want to provide you with the following recently added features to our platform:

The ‘My Downline’ Report

• New report for leadership with identified downline!
• Complete visibility and real time access into their direct reports.
• Data visible includes ePortfolio, Certifications, Education, Ladder Program, Competency, Peer Review, and Onboarding.
• Calls attention to eligible employees, completed ladder applications, unverified certifications, missing education, and more.

Ladder Application Status Notification

• Email to applicants with metrics on their active application
• Quick overview of completed vs. incomplete requirements, activities, and points
• Automated email with customizable send frequency from weekly to daily
• Login button for easy access to application
• Encourages engagement with program

Allow Selection of ePortfolio Items

• Users can select which items from their ePortfolio will be evidence for a requirement or activity
• Quick way for user to identify supporting evidence
• Reduces redundant information for applicant and reviewers/approvers
• For example: A user has a BA and BSN entered into their ePortfolio but the requirement is to provide evidence of a BSN. The user sees the list of their degrees and selects BSN as the specific item to display as proof they fulfilled the requirement.

Task Effective Date

• Onboarding tasks now offer an effective date and sunset date
• Effective date allows task to be assigned to users based on their hire date
• Sunset date allows task to stopped being assigned after this date

Upload Multiple Files Over Time

• Users are able to upload multiple files over time to an upload field
• Automatically available to multiple file upload fields
• Note: The upload field must already utilize the multiple file feature. Single upload fields can be updated to allow multiple uploads. Contact the StaffGarden team to turn on multiple file upload feature.
