Hi Kiara, thank you for taking the time to speak with us today!

#1 What is the most important part of your job as an Account Manager?

The most important aspect of my job as an Account Manager is having an in-depth understanding of how the Exoclick platform operates. This allows me to effectively utilize its features to meet the client's needs and requests.

#2 What qualities and what skills make a good Account Manager?

I think a good Account Manager is someone who communicates clearly and effectively. This helps build trust and ensures smooth interactions with both clients and the team. Good communication is the number one priority in sales. It lays the foundation for strong relationships and teamwork and it is something we always strive for at ExoClick.

#3 Do you have any upcoming events with ExoClick? Can you tell us a bit about it and what kind of offers you look for as an Account Manager?

I'm excited to share that I’ll be attending the upcoming Affiliate World Asia in Bangkok with ExoClick for the first time! This event is a fantastic opportunity to connect face-to-face with current clients and discuss strategies for scaling their accounts. I’m also looking forward to making new connections and exploring partnerships with potential collaborators interested in buying traffic across all verticals like Nutra, Gaming, and Dating to name a few. If you are a Product owner get in touch! I look forward to networking, learning, and showcasing what ExoClick has to offer.

#4 What is your approach when talking to clients? How do you build a relationship with them?

My approach to talking to clients is flexible and tailored to their specific goals. I start by demonstrating the value I can bring and showing them practical ways I can help. From there, it depends on the client's individual wants and needs. Everyone’s needs are different, this is why communication is so important! So relationships can be built through frequent updates with clients or more periodic check-ins. I think this is one of the things I love the most about my job. The work is always varied.

#5 What do you like the most about working at ExoClick?

What I love most about working at ExoClick is the dynamic work environment, where there's always an exciting rhythm to the day. I appreciate how effectively problems are tackled and resolved, making it easy to stay productive and motivated. The positive and collaborative spirit among the team in this international setting makes it an inspiring place to work. Additionally, there are a lot of office perks like a free monthly massage, fresh fruit in the office, and subsidized gym memberships.

#6 Do you have advice for anyone wanting to work as an Account Manager

My advice for anyone wanting to work as an Account Manager is to be patient and truly understand your client's needs. Building strong client relationships takes time and effort, so being patient helps you navigate challenges and build trust. Take the time to listen, learn about their goals, and show that you’re committed to helping them succeed.
