Hi Diego, thank you for taking the time to talk to us today. You recently got promoted to Programmatic Publisher Account Manager - Congratulations!

1. What was your role before you were promoted? What are the key hard and soft skills that you will take with you into your new role?

Thank you, I was working as a Junior Account Manager at ExoClick. In this role, I gained valuable hard and soft skills. Key hard skills included effectively managing client accounts, optimizing website performance for Publishers by strategizing ad formats, analyzing platforms for increased profitability, and identifying new revenue streams. In relation to soft skills, I have good communication skills and enjoy helping my clients build further success so they get the most out of ExoClick’s Platform! These are some of the skills I will be taking with me to my new role as a Programmatic Publisher Account Manager.

2. Now tell us more about your new role: can you explain the role of a Programmatic Publisher Account Manager??

Of course! As a Programmatic Publisher Account Manager, my main focus is on building and maintaining great relationships with Publishers. I work closely with them to help optimize their ad inventory, maximize revenue opportunities, and ensure successful campaign performance. It's a collaborative effort, and I enjoy working with internal teams to come up with strategies that benefit everyone involved.

I also find ways to help Publishers grow their accounts and improve their traffic quality. If there's a dip in performance, I'm there to analyze the data, spot the issues, and come up with solutions to get things back on track. My main objective is to ensure that nothing stands in the way of our clients' success, this is important because it ensures that our platform is providing the best service to our Publishers and Advertisers. Overall, I find it very rewarding to work closely with Publishers and help them achieve their goals.

3. In your opinion, what are the key skills and qualities that make a successful Programmatic Publisher Account Manager?

I believe that a successful Programmatic Publisher Account Manager should possess strong data analysis capabilities to effectively identify performance issues and opportunities for improvement. Excellent communication skills are crucial for building and maintaining relationships with Publishers and clients. Strategic thinking is also essential to drive revenue growth through new deals and sales initiatives, as well as identifying business opportunities with potential customers. Being open, friendly, and responsible with accounts is our top priority. It's important to ask questions and seek information from teammates and coworkers. This helps us understand all traffic sources. Lastly, it is crucial to learn everything there is to know about our internal tools and solutions to excel in this role.

4. What opportunities do you and your team foresee for Publishers and their clients going forward with ExoClick?

ExoClick is always striving to innovate. While I can't reveal too much, I can say that we are working on advanced optimization tools to help both our Publishers and Advertisers reach their revenue potential. At ExoClick, we value transparency and building close relationships with our clients. We believe that trust and confidence are essential for successful partnerships. By understanding our clients' capabilities and working closely with them, we can tailor our solutions to their specific needs and help them achieve their maximum potential.

Dedicated support from our Account Managers plays a vital role in driving success for our partners and will continue to provide personalized assistance and guidance to ensure that our clients receive the support they need to thrive in the digital advertising landscape.

We will continue to explore our clients' full potential and leverage their strengths to the maximum. Consistent communication is very important to us, and we keep up to date with our clients' progress through regular meetings. These interactions allow us to stay aligned with our partners' goals, address any challenges they may face, and explore new opportunities for growth and collaboration.?

5. Tell us a bit about your team. What is your relationship like with them and what do you enjoy most about working with them?

I am very grateful for my team. We are close-knit and open to ideas, which makes our performance improve every day. They are hardworking, kind, and happy to share their extensive knowledge with me. My team has helped me to excel and grow as a professional and within ExoClick by helping me improve my performance through open conversations. I feel very supported here at ExoClick, both personally and professionally.

6. What do you love most about working with ExoClick? Which are your favorite working benefits?

ExoClick has been a great experience for me because of the support and resources that are available to improve my knowledge and skills. We have access to platforms like Confluence and Udemy, as well as the opportunity to participate in Exo University. This allows me to learn and enhance my expertise. There are many benefits to working at ExoClick, but my favorite one is the subsidized gym membership. We also get fresh fruit for free in the office daily. These benefits allow me to prioritize my health and well-being. Being open to change, learning from others, and being a team player is super important! The digital landscape is constantly evolving so it's all about learning, staying flexible, and bouncing back to grow both personally and professionally. I think it’s always important to remember no matter what stage of your career you are in, you can always improve your business communications skills.
