Hello Anatolii, thank you for taking the time out of your busy schedule to talk to us today.

Q1 What do you consider to be the most important parts of your job as a Senior Programmatic Advertising Account Manager?

There are many aspects that are important to my work here at ExoClick but I believe the three most important parts are

1. Communication: Communication is a key to building trustful, transparent, and mutually beneficial partnerships with our clients. I work with Advertisers mainly so they’re very performance oriented and I’m here to help them implement it in practice using RTB technology;
2. ?Analytics: Monitoring statistics daily is a key element of my role. I take pride in being quite quick at detecting and preventing any technical or performance issue that may arise;
3. Technology: I integrate, screen for any potential bugs, and implement new tech features on the ExoClick Network as a part of my daily tasks.

Q2 What qualities and skills make a good Senior Programmatic Advertising Account Manager?

There are several key aspects that contribute to being a successful Senior Programmatic Advertising Account Manager, in my opinion. Effective communication skills are essential, and proficiency in multiple languages is a major bonus because it helps with communication with clients and colleagues within our organization. It's important to build good relations with your clients and your team. Being detail-oriented and having a strong analytical mind is essential, as large data sets are something that you’ll be working with on a daily basis. And last but not least I would say persistence and innovation are valuable traits, as they can help us to navigate challenges and implement creative solutions which I find very satisfying.?

Q3 Can you describe a day in the life of an ExoClick Senior Programmatic Advertising Account Manager?

I usually start my day with good coffee, then I will look into the data to see what has happened with the accounts. I’ll check the messengers to see if there is any important message or any urgent issue that I should look into. After that, I would go for the tasks depending on the priority.

Q4 What is your approach when talking to clients? How do you build a relationship with them?

I think it's really important to be helpful, friendly, open, and have a willingness to listen. Persistence can also be helpful as we want the best for our clients and for them to fully understand ExoClicks Network. It can help them to get the most out of the platform and to ensure they get the best opportunities available.

Q5 What do you enjoy the most about working with your team?

I had incredible luck with my team, they’re all just amazing human beings. They are nice, smart, well-educated, and experienced. They are always ready to help and share their deep knowledge and skills they have learned throughout their careers.?

Q6 What do you like the most about working at ExoClick?

People! Apart from all the perks that we have in Exoclick, it’s important with whom you share the biggest part of your day. In Exoclick people are truly outstanding. However, I can’t say that I don’t enjoy working in the nicest office ever with the 360 Barcelona view, yoga classes with my colleagues, or free massage. Also the transparency of the company and the fact they fully support you to further your education. You’re free to learn anything you’d like with platforms like Udemy and Confluence. It is an incredible bonus. ?
