STABLE
We want CHANGE and need BEHAVIOR CHANGE to achieve it, but we also don't want CHANGE and we don't want to work with someone who has such frequent BEHAVIOR CHANGE that they are completely unpredictable. What is the BALANCING between these concepts? A year ago I wrote on FLIP FLOP but really wrote about the desire for STABLE principles while changing opinions and behaviors.
Last night, with a CHANGE in plans to fly then as today's flights were canceled due to weather, I got the following quote from a puzzle book:
"To be nobody but myself - in a world which is doing its best night and day to make you everybody else - means to fight the hardest battle which any human being can fight and never stop fighting"
That explains why STABLE is challenging.
