As the year drew to a close, a sense of calm and reflection set in. This time between the years offers the opportunity to look back on the past and set new goals. Even in this quieter time, there were some exciting topics in the world of Stabilus that we would like to share with you.

90 years of Stabilus - 90 trees for the future??
If you walk through the Koblenz forest in the near future, you might come across 90 newly planted trees along the way.
On the occasion of our 90th company anniversary, we have set an example for sustainability and responsibility by planting these 90 trees. ??
Not only, that each tree symbolizes a year full of innovation, growth and cooperation. We also want to underline our corporate commitment in sustainability, as we are already committed to advancing sustainability by joining the United Nations Global Compact since five years.
A big thank you to all colleagues who took part in this special initiative - they were all part of the team that organized the celebrations for our 90th anniversary this summer. ??
How we drive the future of electromobility ????
One thing is certain: electromobility will play an increasingly important role in the future. We at Stabilus are also aware of this.?
Our work in North America on innovative POWERISE hood applications shows how flexible and adaptable Stabilus is.?
As electric vehicle architecture continues to change, we have been working on solutions that are perfectly tailored to manufacturers' individual hood designs since the first powered “frunks”.?
Some of our first innovations include the Rivian R1T and the Lucid Air powered frunk actuators. Today, we are developing new concepts for the next generation of electric vehicles with a large number of OEMs.?

Christmas magic at our headquarters in Koblenz ?
It is a tradition for us to have a beautifully decorated Christmas tree in our foyer at the headquarters in Koblenz during the festive season. But something was missing for the much too long top of the tree - as our attentive receptionist discovered. Instead of a classic top, she had a creative idea: why not use a Stabilus gas spring? ?
No sooner said than done! Our creative colleagues from the prototyping created a unique tree topper - a combination of a pressure tube of a Stabilus gas spring and a shimmering star. The result? A real eye-catcher that impressed us all and fits in perfectly with our company.
We are proud that our innovative strength is visible even in small things.
Annual Report 2024 ??
There is also a lot to report from 2024 in financial terms and we can say that our strategy has once again proven its worth: In an economically challenging environment, Stabilus achieved revenue growth of 7.5% to €1.3 billion, with the first-time consolidation of Destaco playing a significant part in revenue growth. It is proof that Stabilus’ strategy of diversification is successful: the balanced profile allowed a solid development even in a tougher market environment. With an adjusted EBIT margin of 12.0%, Stabilus has thus fulfilled its forecast for the fiscal year. Today, Stabilus released its annual report for fiscal 2024, which ended Sept 30, 2024.?
Highlights:
?? Revenue: €1,305.9 million (+7.5% year-on-year) in FY2024
?? Adjusted EBIT: €157.1 million, with an EBIT margin of 12.0%
?? Adjusted Free Cash Flow: €132.8 million, significantly up from the prior year
?? Dividend proposal of €1.15 per share - with 40% of profit once again on upper end of the defined distribution range
?? Forecast FY2025: €1.3 billion to €1.45 billion in revenue; adjusted EBIT margin of 11% to 13% and adjusted free cash flow of €90 million to €140 million
?? Integration of Destaco is fully on track?
