Direction finding antennas are used to determine the direction from which an electromagnetic signal is transmitted. The DF-A0115 antenna sensor designed and produced by Alaris Antennas is dedicated to fixed-site HF deployments and offers enhanced reliability, accuracy and repeatability, which is why it is one of the most sought-after products in our direction finding portfolio. 

The DF-A0115 antenna sensor, when placed in an array, is used to accurately determine the angle of arrival (AoA) for both ground and skywave incident fields throughout the High Frequency spectrum. The DF-A0115 provides flexibility in the position of deployment. The sensor units can be deployed in either an L-Shape, circular or complex placement, which is based on the clients’ DF algorithm and user preference.
