Hey Guys,
Being on multiple projects, i found the above motto very convenient.
Stabilize : study variation of the process, work out the abnormalities
Simplify : eliminate non value added from your process , a process easy to explain is easy to sustain
Automatize: "GIGO" Garbage In Garbage Out, pardon my French ... many processes could be Automatize (from simple excel formulas to database, query to software's)
