Tottenham Hotspur and F1 Partner for World’s First In-Stadium Electric Karting Facility

Tottenham Hotspur Football Club have announced a 15-year strategic partnership with Formula 1 which will see a karting track built under their stadium. The electric karting circuit, believed to be the world’s first in-stadium electric karting facility, will open in Autumn 2023. F1 president Stefano Domenicali said the partnership would help to open motorsport to new and diverse audiences.

IOC Announces Olympic Esports Series

The International Olympic Committee – IOC has officially launched its Olympic Esports Series 2023 with an invitation to gamers across the world to take part in qualification events. The first "featured” Games have been announced with be archery, baseball, chess, cycling, dance, motorsport, sailing, taekwondo, and tennis joining the programme for the event set to take place between June 22 and 25.

Polar Makes its Algorithms Available for Partners

Polar Electro Oy , has announced what is being billed as an ‘industry-first move’ to offer its algorithms and software solutions to select partners, starting with a new collaboration with watchmaker Casio. The new ‘Powered by Polar’ offering comprises 25 algorithms for commercial partners to choose from covering sleep, training, wellness, activity, performance, and recovery. This means partners can expand their offering, bypassing years of required investment in research, science, and testing with an out-of-the-box solution from Polar.
