St. Petersburg's Thriving Condo Market Surprises All
Not too long ago, downtown St. Petersburg was nothing to look twice at. Now, things are shaping up in a big way. One of the most significant upgrades for the Tampa Bay city is an influx in luxury condos.
As contractors and investors finish the $10.5 million One Condo Tower, reports are coming in that some condos are being purchased for over $1 million each. This is all circulating the ever-popular and newly revitalized Beach Drive, which is filled with trendy shops, cafes, restaurants, and young St. Petersburg civilians.
According to Tampa Bay Times, One Condo Tower is scheduled to be one of the tallest buildings on the west coast of Florida. The lofty and luxurious condo building is one more piece of evidence that investors are paying close attention Tampa, St. Petersburg, and the rest of the bay area.
