LHL Group's retained involvement with St Peter's School, York is the role of Lead Consultant, Project Manager and Quantity Surveyor for the proposed 'Maths & Modern Foreign Languages Learning Hub'. The development will consist of 16 classrooms and departmental bases, in addition to a new pedestrian courtyard and is currently in for planning. Part of the scheme will also involve a number of 'decant' projects due to the upcoming demolition of some of the existing campus buildings.
