ST GEORGE BASIN COUNTRY CLUB AUSTRALIA - VANDALISM
Vandals spread 60 litres of old engine oil across the two main bowling greens, 6 weeks prior to the Christmas Championships. In addition weekly competitions needed to continue.
A combination of surgical replanting and application of Oil Blitz delivered the Championship event without compromise
2 weeks after application Oil Blitz
Once Oil Blitz was applied it immediately encapsulated the oil removing all odours, toxicity protecting both the remaining grass and green keepers
4 weeks after application Oil Blitz
Over the six weeks Oil Blitz bio-remediated the spill while encouraging the growth of new grass
6 weeks after application Oil Blitz
This application not only saved the cost of replacing the greens but maintained the profitability of the club as all games were played to plan.
This project was carried out by Gary Pierce of S200 Oil Gone in Australia.
Oil Blitz is available in various sizes including a 1 litre spray unit and is distributed by NAD in Ireland on behalf of Slick Solutions: www.slicksolutions.ie.
