SSG Identity, graphics and workwear by Landini Associates
I thought it may be interesting to post some pics of our graphics for EMart's SSG Food Market, launched a few weeks ago in Seoul.
The circular symbol interlinks two S's and a G, and from this the system evolved. We created multiple roundels for various departments, introduced a new stencilled font, and found a lush deep red to make it glow. Like great retail interiors the graphics should support, not dominate the product, claiming authorship, but not by shouting.

Finally our beloved mirrors performed two functions: reflectors of energy, and carriers of information; sandblasted and lit from behind. www.landiniassociates.com
